What Should Not Be Done After Getting Botox?

Getting Botox® itself is a quick procedure with practically no downtime; while having this treatment done, only a few injections will be done in the area. Eventually, this will slow down the muscle movement. To avoid any side effects as the migration of the product, some indications are made.

These are: avoid extreme exercise for the 24 hours following the treatment, avoid blood thinner medications and alcohol to prevent bruises, do not massage the area for the four hours after the treatment, and do not lay down your face entirely for the following hours.
