Rhinoplasty or Non-Surgical Nose Job: Which One?

Yes, it is possible to get a non-surgical nose job. This is done by injecting dermal fillers into certain areas of the nose. The advantages of a non-surgical nose job are shorter recovery time and much lower cost than nose surgery. However, it has a major disadvantage. The result of the procedure is temporary. It lasts for only 1-2 years typically if a filler such as Radiesse is used.

In fact, in the long run, a surgical procedure will be more cost-effective. Its result is permanent. Hence, by the time you take dermal fillers the third or fourth time, you would have spent more than the cost of a one-time rhinoplasty.

It is also important to remember that the result of your rhinoplasty depends largely on the skill and experience of the cosmetic surgeon that does the job. This is why it is necessary to consult only a highly-experienced board-certified cosmetic surgeon.
