Botox Cosmetic is also frequently used to treat the lines between the eyes, sometimes known as elevens or frown lines. These creases can become deeply ingrained over time, but Botox can either stop them from forming in the first place or slow their progression. Your dermatologist may suggest a mix of treatments, such as Botox to prevent further frown lines and cosmetic dermatology to smooth out the fine lines already present between your brows. Botox should be injected in five different areas along the brow and in the space between the brows, as recommended by the company that makes the product. If you’re getting injections, a doctor will study how your face moves to determine the best spots to put them.

Manufacturer recommendations provide for up to five units per injection site (25 units total), but dermatologists report administering between twenty and fifty units in this location.
