On the other hand, permanent fillers like collagen filler, can be removed by excising them surgically. Other fillers like Radiesse, Artefill, and Sculptra do not contain hyaluronic acid. They are composed of various substances making the reversal quite difficult and challenging to perform. Extracting the fillers would be the only option available for these fillers. Unfortunately, even with the option to extract, success is still not guaranteed, as extraction may sometimes not work out well.
